If you are under 18, it is unlawful to misrepresent your age to purchase alcohol from us. Only individuals over 18 are permitted to sign for and receive deliveries from us. This policy is in line with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and Aramex’s Alcohol delivery guidelines.

By placing an order and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in New Zealand.

All prices on our website include GST. This will also be the case once we start offering you our wine outside of New Zealand.

Our returns policy is straightforward. If your item is broken, damaged, or lost in transit, we’ll replace it or provide a full refund, at no extra cost. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and ApplePay in our secure online checkout. Payment by direct bank transfer is also available upon request.

All goods are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for any goods that are damaged or stolen after delivery.

We aim to have our stock availabilities continuously updated, regardless, if a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to receive a refund, a replacement, or to wait until the product is back in stock.

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information submitted for orders is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Our system saves your address and contact details to streamline future orders, but we will not store your credit card details unless requested.

We use Stripe, who offer a secure payment gateway to process your transactions.

Our payment gateway is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. Mirabelle / Tors Wine Limited doesn’t see or hold your credit card details.
